PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL ON PHOTOGRAPH EDITING

This tutorial is dedicated to all the amateur photographers like me:).

I am pretty sure that we all have number of photographs which are really precious, but isn't carrying that perfect light and color. Well, we can now stop worrying about the same, because he have photoshop to do that "li'll trick".

All you need to do is just follow these simple steps given below -

• Browse and open your photo in photoshop.
• From main menu, select "lab color" as image mode, image > mode > lab color
  
• Next, open "curves window". image > adjustments > curves or just press Ctrl+M
  
• Select " a" from the channel dropdown.
  
• Move the top end of the curve inwards,as illustrated below. Perform the same procedure for the bottom end of the curve too
  
• Further, select Channel "b" and repeat the above steps - moving the curve ends inwards. do not over do it, just about as shown in the snapshot above.
• Finally, select "lightness" from the channel dropdown and click right at the middle of the curve as shown below
• Now with your keyboard 'UP' key, move this selected point upwards. Just play around with lightness and finalise on the exact amount of lightness your picture requires. For my photograph, the one shown below was sufficient.
  
• Click "OK" button and your photo editing to get the correct lightness and the color is 'DONE'.
