Welcome to ‘Imajine’ - my personal space on the World Wide Web

Imajine is a showcase of my work as a graphic designer/ developer.

I am an Engineer by vocation and started my career as a web designer in 2000-2001. Well, to begin in the beginning- I worked for a couple of organizations, in the capacity of a web designer and developer, but I felt a little unhinged, even incomplete.

I wanted more – by way of responsibilities, by way of work span, by way of challenge.

While patiently exploring various avenues, I chanced upon a ‘up and coming’ design firm, desperately seeking a web designer/ developer, who’d do a whole lot more than just design and develop. This was my opportunity.

I flung myself headlong at the chance and encountered some life altering work. The challenge and scope of work here, unleashed the creativity in me and I discovered, strengths, I never knew, I had. With SmartWebby and Entheos, the graphic design firms I worked with, I enjoyed every project I worked on. Here, I gained the confidence and will to go solo.

Somewhere through all this, I married my college sweetheart, who has been my pillar of strength and the one guy who encouraged me to come to terms with my abilities.
I am now also an adoring mother to a seven-month-old boy, who never ceases to amaze me with the skills he picks each day, watching his father and me.

Apart from graphic design, I am also passionate about photography, travelling and painting. Apparently, I have this new passion for comic strips.

So, this was a brief about me and my incredible journey so far.
